Ground & Lot Conditions
Mesa is really two markets. West and central Mesa sit on deep former farmland soil with 1960s to 1980s homes on large, flat lots and easy equipment access. East Mesa, around Las Sendas and the Red Mountain foothills, turns rocky and hilly, with grade changes and buried rock that affect excavation. Newer east-side communities like Eastmark are HOA-governed.
Permits & Approvals
The City of Mesa issues pool and structure permits through its Development Services Department. Mesa enforces pool barrier requirements at final inspection. We manage plan submittal, permitting, and all inspections from excavation through final.
What We Build Most Here
