AZ Pool Concepts stands behind every pool, remodel, and installation.
We build backyards to last in the Arizona climate, and we back our work. Coverage is tailored to each project and spelled out in your written project agreement — here's an overview of how it works.
Pool Construction & Structure
New custom pools built by AZ Pool Concepts are backed by a structural warranty on the pool shell. The specific term and coverage are outlined in your project agreement and reflect the scope, engineering, and site conditions of your build.
Interior Finishes
Plaster, quartz, and pebble finishes are covered by the applicable manufacturer warranty against material defects, backed by our workmanship on the application. Because finish lifespan depends heavily on water chemistry and maintenance, proper ongoing care is required to keep coverage valid.
Equipment
Pumps, heaters, filters, automation, and lighting carry their respective manufacturer warranties covering defects and performance. We install equipment to manufacturer specifications and help you register and service it so those warranties stay in force.
Pavers & Hardscape Materials
Pavers, travertine, and natural stone used in pool decks, patios, and walkways are backed by their respective manufacturer warranties covering material defects and color integrity.
Craftsmanship
AZ Pool Concepts provides a craftsmanship warranty on our installation work — covering proper site and base preparation, grading, tile and coping, decking, edge restraints, and finish work. Terms are determined on a project-by-project basis and detailed in your project agreement.
Maintenance & Exclusions
Routine maintenance items — water chemistry, sealing, polymeric sand (typically every 2–3 years in the Valley of the Sun), and normal wear — are the homeowner's responsibility and are not covered under the craftsmanship warranty. We offer maintenance guidance and plans to protect your investment for years to come.
