Vistancia is a large master-planned community in north Peoria, spread across rolling high desert with long views back across the Valley. The terrain is the defining feature: many lots sit on slopes or ridgelines, which opens up pool designs that are simply not possible on a flat suburban parcel.
On Vistancia's view lots we frequently build elevated or negative-edge pools with raised spas, designed so the water line reads against the horizon from the main living areas. On the flatter family lots in Trilogy and the village neighborhoods, the brief is usually a well-proportioned pool with a Baja shelf, cool paver decking, and a shade structure.
